Now that you know everything that goes into a glass of wine, you are ready to start the tasting: 5 glasses await you, accompanied by olives and bruschetta with the estate's extra virgin olive oil; cheeses including Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged for over 30 months, cold cuts (depending on availability, Culatello di Zibello, Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Culaccia, Pancetta); hazelnuts.
