Upon arrival you will be greeted by our staff and a tour of the estate will begin: starting in the vineyard to talk about our grape varieties, proceeding to the winery to see how the wine is made, and ending in the barrique cellar to discover the secrets of wine ageing in wooden barrels.
Now that you know everything that goes inside a glass of wine, you are ready for the tasting to begin: five glasses await you accompanied by olives and bruschetta with the estate's EVO oil; cheeses including Parmigiano Reggiano DOP aged over 30 months; cured meats (depending on availability Culatello di Zibello, Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, Culaccia, Pancetta); hazelnuts.
