The storey of our brewery is above all that of this Franco-Portuguese family who discovered their passion for craft beer in the north of France, where they lived for a few years, before deciding to change their lives and return to share this passion and expertise in their region, where it all began, in the Algarve.

In the heart of the brewery, you will learn about each stage of the beer-making process and how it influences the end product.
From its multi-millennial history to its extraordinary recent development, from its production to its tasting, beer will hold no secrets for you.

To discover the diversity of flavours and sensory experiences offered by this precious drink, the tour is followed by a tasting workshop during which you will be introduced to the basics of zythology (the “science” of beer) through the different styles of beer brewed on site.
