Begin with a pickup from your chosen location (port dock, airport, port, or accommodation) and drive towards the northwest coast of the island. Start with a photo stop in Bella Vista, Lakones' panoramic viewpoint. The incredible views of Paleokastritsa Bay from here gave it the name of The God's Balcony. Locals say that on very clear days, you can even spot Italy's coast from here.

Next, stop at Angelokastro Castle. This Medieval-Byzantine building is the main watchtower from where the ancient people used to watch for pirates, Vikings, and other enemies, who were trying to attack the island from the Italian coast. It is believed to date back to the 13th century.
Angelokastro is conspicuous by its domed gate at the entrance. It boasts of priceless vestiges, and there are exclusive storage rooms as well. Another interesting remnant is an ancient church dedicated to the angels Gabriel and Michael, which is surprisingly constructed in a cave. Climb up its easy steps and discover why this construction was so important for the locals.

Next, enjoy a relaxing stop at The Kratsalo, at the foot of Mount Pantokrator. This is a local producer where you will relax and taste many local delicacies, such as kumquat liqueur and sweets, marmalades, olive oil, fresh bread, tapenade, local honey, wine, and many other traditional products. Both Sidari and Roda (North), as well as the Old City and the Cruise Port (South), are visible from here!

The last leg of your trip will take you to Afionas Village. This picturesque hamlet is one of the most famous places in Corfu, because of the Porto Timoni double bay. You can choose to relax at one of the local cafes and enjoy the view, or if you're fit and ready, walk down the track and reach the famous bay.

After this visit, enjoy a one-hour panoramic drive until you return to the starting point.
