What you can expect

In this experience you will be able to know everything you do not know about one of the kings of the Mediterranean diet, olive oil. You will learn how it is produced, how it is classified, how it is tasted and how it is used.

A completely personalised experience designed for you where you will taste from defective oils to some of the best oils in the world. You will know varieties, intensities and maturations of the Extra Virgins.

At the end of the tasting we will make “in situ” a typical Cordovan dessert with extra virgin olive oil and cocoa.
