What do you call a pastry? A Danish of course!

On this unforgettable guided tour of some of Copenhagen's best bakeries, you will discover the historic roots of the iconic Danish pastry, learn about how the New Nordic Food Movement influenced modern baking in Denmark, and dive headfirst into buttery goodness!

Copenhagen's leafy and elegant suburb of Østerbro has become a hotspot for some of the best artisanal bakeries in town. Join us on this guided walking tour starting at Trianglen Metro next to the famous Parken Stadium. We will wind our way down leafy streets and past historic villas to find some frankly astounding pastries, including NOMA-alum Emil Glaser's game-changing cardamom bun (as seen on the series finale of Billions!). Grab a cup of coffee from award-winning boutique roastery Prologue and watch the world go by.

Combining culinary and local history with a selection of delectable baked goods, this tour off the beaten track invites you to experience Copenhagen as the locals do.
