  • Polenta Balls with Luganega – A flavourful starter made with Lombardy’s iconic sausage.
  • Buckwheat Flour Ravioli – Stuffed with bresaola, potatoes, and casera cheese, a regional speciality.
  • Pan Meino – A traditional dessert prepared with finely ground “fioretto” yellow flour.
