He has attended several courses on how to prepare Neapolitan-style pizza and now he would like to introduce this wonderful art to everyone. Join Alessandro in his beautiful home to share a pizza accompanied by a glass of locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée. He is excited to share his love for cooking with travellers and teach them his process of creating a contemporary pizza.

Then bake your pizza in the oven and later join Alessandro at the table to share the pizza you cooked accompanied by a glass of excellent locally brewed beer and a traditional Sicilian entrée.
