What you can expect

Experience an exciting hike along the trails of Monte Conero, where wild nature meets local history and legends. The route winds from the evocative Badia di San Pietro, immersed in the silence of the forest, to the Belvedere, a panoramic viewpoint from which the view encompasses the entire Conero Riviera and, on clear days, reaches as far as the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains.

You'll walk through Mediterranean scrub, amid the scents of broom and strawberry trees, passing through fascinating places such as the Grotte, ancient natural cavities that hold mysteries and tales of the past, and Pian Raggetti, a large clearing suspended between sky and sea, where time seems to slow down.

During the hike, you'll admire spectacular views such as the Due Sorelle, the iconic rock formations that elegantly emerge from the sea, an undisputed symbol of the Conero's wild beauty. Their white outline, sculpted by the wind and waves, offers a visual sensation that will remain etched in your memory.

We'll also admire Portonovo from above, with its bay nestled between the green mountains and the blue sea. It's another marvel: a corner of paradise where nature reigns supreme and where history and architecture blend, between coastal towers and the Romanesque church of Santa Maria.

On clear days, the panorama opens up over the Marche hinterland, revealing rolling hills dotted with villages and cultivated fields, all the way to the distant peaks of the Sibillini Mountains, which loom on the horizon like silent guardians.

Making the experience even more authentic is the presence of a local tour leader, a profound expert of the area, who will share with you stories, anecdotes, and legends rooted in the culture of the Marche. Every step will be accompanied by tales that enrich the landscape with meaning and magic.
An experience that combines nature, culture, and flavours, to discover the authentic heart of the Marche in a slow, profound, and engaging way.
The excursion is also pet-friendly: you can participate with your dog, as long as it is on a leash.
