Know before you book

  • Complete your booking by selecting the day of your first tour. When confirming your reservation to the provider, indicate which tour you will participate in first, and confirm the date of the second activity included. Contact information is included in your voucher.
  • Your 2 tours do not have to take place on consecutive days. Select the day you would like to participate in your first tour when you complete your booking. You will arrange the date for your second tour when you confirm your reservation with the tour operator.
  • Children 4 and younger are complimentary. Please inform the supplier that you will be travelling with an infant when confirming your booking.
  • Children 11 and younger who are taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must show identification to verify their age.
  • If you are travelling with infants, it is necessary to add them in your booking since by the Mexican law they must be included in the passenger list of the bus / van
  • Both tours departs around 7 AM from Cancun and 8 AM from the Riviera Maya. You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times and location when you confirm your reservation.
