What you can expect

Let yourself be guided by a tonic yoga to prepare your body for a unique gustatory experience.
A moment of relaxation will bring the session to a close, so that you're fully prepared for this moment of sharing around wine.
This workshop is open to all, to unite body and mind and let yourself be transported by the flavours of an exclusive tasting.
The event takes place every Saturday from 5pm to 7pm at the Hôtel François Premier in Cognac.
You'll need a minimum of 5 people to keep the class going. Maximum 10 people to maintain the charm of the activity!
