You will learn how the raw material develops over the seasons, before moving on to the first major stages of production: from the grape harvest to vinification, and then to distillation, which is the very heart of the cognac-making process. The team passionately shares the techniques, benchmarks, and principles that give the house’s cognacs and pineaux their unique character.
The tour continues on to the ageing cellars. In a hushed atmosphere, you will learn about the role of wood, the development of aromas, and the importance of patience: here, the barrels rest, and time gradually shapes balance and complexity. You will learn how ageing and blending contribute to a cognac’s final character.
The tour concludes in the shop with a guided tasting of 3 cognacs, allowing you to explore the art of ageing and blending. We will guide you step by step through observing the colour, identifying the aromas, and appreciating the finish on the palate—whether you are a curious enthusiast or a connoisseur. The cognac tasting is for adults only, and alcohol-free options are available for anyone who prefers not to drink alcohol.
