At the start of the experience, you will receive a brief introduction to Colombian coffee and what you will discover in each cup. Next, you will begin a guided tasting of three coffees prepared using filter methods, selected to highlight different flavour profiles.
As you progress, you'll learn to identify aromas and flavours in each coffee, comparing their characteristics and understanding how factors such as origin and processing influence the final result. You'll notice differences that can range from more fruity and bright profiles to sweeter, more chocolatey, or more intense ones.
