The Itinerary
Departure from the Radisson RED Hotel at 7:45 am (Exact time to be confirmed by our team the day before the tour).
9:30 am - Terra de Kurí – More than Coffee Experience - Espírito Santo do Pinhal/SP
The first stop reveals the origin of everything. Long before the vines, Espírito Santo do Pinhal was already recognised as one of the largest coffee hubs in the world.
At Terra de Kurí, you'll be welcomed by Fernando and Raquel, the creators of the space, for an immersion in the world of speciality coffee. The experience includes an introduction to the history and types of coffee, an understanding of the process from field to cup, a sensory experience with the wheel of aromas and flavours, and a tasting and pairing of speciality coffees, exploring different sensory profiles.
We'll be leaving at 12:30.
1:00 pm - InnVernia Winery - Visit and Lunch Time
After immersing yourself in coffee, the itinerary moves on to a new chapter in Pinhal's identity: wine.
At the InnVernia Winery, you'll stroll through the vineyards and see a project that blends tradition and innovation, with unusual grape varieties in the region, such as Saperavi and Sangiovese.
The tour includes a visit to the ruins of the old Fazenda Palmeira, an important historical landmark from the golden age of coffee.
Afterwards, you'll have free time for lunch at the winery's restaurant, run by chef Mariana Almeida. Lunch isn't included, with à la carte options or a menu paired with house wines.
We're planning to leave at 4:00 PM.
4:45 pm - Merum Winery – Guided Tasting and Sunset
The day wraps up in a setting where wine is experienced in its purest form.
At Merum Winery, we'll join a guided tasting of four labels, learning about the history, terroir, and techniques that give the house wines their identity, while the landscape of Serra da Mantiqueira transforms with the evening.
The sunset at Merum is a moment of contemplation and full presence, ending the day in a memorable way.
We'll leave the winery and head back to Campinas at 7:30 PM.
