Know before you book

    • For safety reasons, it is mandatory that you wear a life jacket during the visit to the cenote. The cost is not included, it must be paid on-site.
    • Admission fee to the archaeological site (65 USD) are not included, and must be paid the day of the tour with credit card. This tax is included in the price of the All-inclusive option.
    • The tour has a duration of approximately 12 hours.
    • The tour implies a lot of movement and walking, and you should bear it in mind.
    • Mexicans have a discount on the archaeological sites' tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.
    • For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus.
