Know before you book
- Bus Tour: Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Tour duration: 80 minutes. Frequency: every 40 minutes. Blue Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 9am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 5pm. Tour duration: 130 minutes. Frequency: every 40 minutes
- Audio guide languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic
- Sunset and Night Tour: This is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick-up times (Red Route): Stop 1 at 6pm, Stop 2 at 6:45pm, Stop 3 at 7pm, Stop 4 at 7:05pm, Stop 5 at 7:20pm, Stop 6 at 7:30pm
- You can redeem your vouchers at any of our bus stops or you can go to one of the locations below to redeem your vouchers and speak to our friendly, helpful team on how to get the most out of your tour and visit to Dubai
- Customer support locations: Dubai Mall - Zabeel Bus Parking, The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor & second floor), Mall of the Emirates Ground Level Entrance, Atlantis The Palm (next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (main entrance)
- Children aged 3-5 travel for free on the bus, but a separate ticket is required for the attractions. Our buses are wheelchair accessible. Dogs are not permitted on the bus
- With a 24 or 48-hour ticket, you get access to the Dubai Aquarium and Tunnel only. The Underwater Zoo is not included. With a 72-hour ticket, you get access to the full Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, including the Dubai Aquarium Tunnel
- Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo: The ticket must be used within one week from the date you redeem your voucher. Opening Hours: every day from 10am - 9pm
- Sky Views Observatory (48 and 72-hour tickets only): Opening Hours: every day from 10am - 9pm. Access to Sky Views Observatory and glass walk. This ticket includes the slide: one time class slide per ticket. Weight limit: 30 - 150kg. Height limit: 120cm - 200cm
