Since most of the sites that we visit are operated as either private museums or still functioning in their original role, we do not access the interior of any of the buildings on the tour.

Join us for a historian-guided tour of City centre Wilmington to experience the city like never before. Beginning at the scenic Wilmington River Walk, this tour covers a selection of several of the city's most fascinating historical sites and architectural wonders in Wilmington's well-preserved historic city centre, including its most stately mansions, churches, theatres, and commercial buildings built from the colonial until the Victorian periods. The tours take place weekly on Saturdays at 2:00pm, and are written and hosted by professional local historians well-versed in North Carolina and local history.
