Begin your journey through time in the land of Cilento, a hidden gem where history is intertwined with legend. Visit historic villages and baronial palaces, silent witnesses of a past that is still alive.

Next, head to the Museum and open a window to the life of yesteryear. Listen to compelling tales from local elders and gain a deeper understanding of the region's rich history.

The highlight of the experience will be a Cilento lunch, where the genuine flavours of the Mediterranean Diet, recognised worldwide for its benefits, will delight you in an atmosphere of absolute relaxation.

This tour is not just a journey, but an immersion in the “Slow life style” that only the Cilento region can offer.
