    DIY Hotpot Workshop: Create your very own hotpot base using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Guided by experts, you’ll learn how to balance spices and flavours, and get hands-on experience making the broth that gives Chongqing hotpot its signature taste.

    Hotpot Tasting: Sit down and enjoy the hotpot meal, perfectly cooked with a special spice-level grading system that allows you to enjoy the dish at your preferred heat. Your guide will explain a variety of classic and interesting hotpot ingredients and share insights into Chinese culinary culture.
