We teach you why flour, water, salt, yeast and, above all, time are the only ingredients that really matter for a perfect pizza.
While your dough rests, we go out together among the rows: a short walk through the farm's vineyards, a few photos, and time to breathe in Tuscany.
Then we go back to the kitchen, and this is where the fun begins.
With the dough already risen, you'll experience stretching, topping, and baking like a real pizzaiolo. Margherita, Prosciutto e Funghi, Salame or Diavola: you choose.
The finale is at the table, with the pizza you made with your own hands, accompanied by five wines produced by us.
And to end on a sweet note: cantucci and Vinsanto, as per Tuscan tradition.
