This exclusive experience is devoted to the signature wines of our collection, inspired by the legend of Donna Ava and her seven handmaidens: women of virtue and spirit who give name and soul to each of our labels. Each glass tells a storey: a blend of strength, grace, and terroir accompanied by fine extra virgin olive oils and artisanal vinegars, including our Gold Selection Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and the distinctive Lacrime Viola, delicately infused with red onion.
