Get hands-on as you smell, touch, and taste your botanicals to understand what works well together. Experiment with unique combinations or keep it simple to create your bespoke flavour.

Finally, bottle your completely unique creation and name it with your own customised Piston Gin School label. Taste test it to see how it stacks up to the distillery's own gin.
