Starting from Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, tour of the town, with a visit to the Tour Philippe le Bel, La Chartreuse and the climb to Fort Saint-André for stunning views of Avignon, Mont Ventoux, the Luberon and the Alpilles. Ride down to the banks of the Rhône River to admire the Palace of the Popes and St Bénézet's Bridge from the riverbanks. Head to Châteauneuf-du-Pape via the Via Rhôna, passing through the Île de l'Oiselay in Sorgues, with its flora and fauna. Arrival in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, wine tasting (1 to 3 tastings depending on the option chosen). Picnic (for the package with three tastings) on the heights of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, with 360-degree views (Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Alps, the Alpilles, the Gard, etc.). Return to Villeneuve-lès-Avignon along the banks of the Rhône, the Gard and the Canal des Castors. An easy-level tour of about 50 km on an electric-assist bicycle.
You must be comfortable on a bike and know how to ride well so that you can slalom if necessary.
You should not have any particular physical issues that would prevent you from getting on the bike easily (in terms of your hips, for example, or other areas).
