What you can expect

At 836 metres above sea level, Morro de São Jerônimo is one of the most sought-after attractions for those who enjoy challenges and different landscapes.

It is about 16 km of trail (return), passing by viewpoints, rock formations, and sections of slight inclines with rope support. The path requires preparation, but it delivers a breathtaking view from the top.

Along the way, you walk on rocks from the Furnas Formation, formed over 400 million years ago. You can see ichnofossils, marks left by living beings that inhabited this region in the past. The trail crosses areas of Cerrado, walls that resemble ruins, and landscapes that change with each stretch.

At the top, the view is 360°. You can see the City of Stones, the Rio Claro Valley, the Véu de Noiva (Bride's Veil) and all the grandeur of Chapada dos Guimarães.

Approximately 16 km (return).
Presence of ichnofossils and historic rock formations.
Panoramic view from the top of its 836 metres.
One of the most complete and challenging tours in the Park.
