Our tour begins with a visit to the HUACA DRAGON or ARCO IRIS, one of the main religious constructions of the Chimu culture, the huaca dragon is a truncated pyramid that functions as a religious centre for water worship; then we go to the HUACA ESMERALDA dedicated to the cult of the sea and fishing activities, We continue with the visit of the MUSEUM OF CHAN CHAN to appreciate chanters and artefacts in metal and wood found in the city of chan chan to continue towards the PALACES IN CHAN CHAN and walk among them by its streets and avenues until arriving at the PALACE NIKAN that is the only one open for tourist visits during 1 hour of visit and then ascend to the TOURIST VIEWPOINT of chan chan to see the dimension of the great city of chan chan and visualise its limits towards the hills and the sea.
And finally we will enjoy lunch at HUANCHACO BEACH, a village of native fishermen who use the CABALLITOS DE TOTORA, ancient fishing rafts in the north of Peru.
