Learn to make either pasta bianca (flour and water pasta) or pasta all'uovo (egg and flour pasta), crafting a classic shape such as tagliatelle, malloreddus, orecchiette, or even filled pasta such as tortellini, depending on the chef's choice for the day.
At the end of the class you will sit down to eat your fresh pasta creation, served with a luxury Pasta Evangelists sauce to finish off your experience.
