Start the tour at the Maracanã stadium, going behind the scenes of Brazil's most important football stadium. See the collection of historical objects related to important moments, matches, and players at the stadium, such as items donated by Zico, a Brazil number 7 jersey worn by Mané Garrincha in the 1962 World Cup, and the ball and net from the game in which the King of Football scored his thousandth goal.

You can also have fun visiting the locker rooms, the field area, and the warm-up and press conference rooms. Feel free to take pictures next to the sideline, on the bench, or in the fan area.

Leaving Maracanã, head to the GRES Acadêmicos da Grande Rio warehouse and discover the secrets that are only revealed during the Carnival parade: the production of floats and costumes. You will understand the concepts and work involved in the creative process.

Pass by old float components, take photos, and head to the colourful exhibition room. With the images and videos in the room, learn about the birth of samba and the samba school parades.

Get into the Carnival spirit and choose one of the many authentic Carnival costumes available to wear and photograph. Learn the basic steps of Samba with an expert and end your tour by experiencing the “flavour of samba” with a typical Brazilian drink, the caipirinha. Your party will be complete!
