You will be welcomed in the garden by me and a few members of my family for a coffee or tea and a typical homemade pastry. Then we will sit in the Casetta (an annex in my garden) and start with stories about the habits of Italians at the table and interesting anecdotes about food.
We'll sink our hands into water, flour, and yeast to create the dough for a perfect pizza. While the dough rises, we'll focus on preparing the various toppings, mainly with seasonal ingredients. Then we'll roll out the pizza together, and I'll teach you the secrets of the trade. We'll top it, and you'll bake it in the wood-fired oven.
After baking, all that's left to do is for everyone to sit around a table and enjoy both the savoury pizza and the dessert pizza, accompanied by a good glass of wine or beer
