    Arrive at Cai Rang Floating Market, the largest and most famous floating market in the Mekong Delta. See local boats gathering on the river and learn from your guide about the history of the market and the traditional river-based lifestyle.

    Enjoy a Vietnamese breakfast on the boat, with a choice of noodle soup, Bánh Mì, or Bánh Bao, while taking in the atmosphere of the Mekong.

    Continue by speedboat to a family-run rice noodle workshop. Discover how traditional rice noodles are made, try making them yourself, and taste the local speciality known as “noodle pizza.”
