    Participants are required to have there own bike, helmet and equipment. Bike hire can be organised at an additional cost.

What you can expect

During a skills session, we will teach the fundamental skills to help you become a more confident and safe rider. Each session is tailored to your riding ability and areas you would like to improve.

Jo is an internationally accredited Professional Mountain Biking Instructors Association (PMBIA) Level 1 Instructor and a reciprocal Aus Cycling Development Instructor.

Sessions are held at Sugar Bag MTB Park in Caloundra and run for 1 1/2 hours.

Sessions are available one-on-one or in a group with a maximum of 6.
