After getting familiar with the equipment, our qualified instructor will guide you through a lesson on the movements of the Mermaiding. You will learn to swim and move sinuously like a mermaid in the clear waters of the famous beach of Poetto. Programme
After the meeting with the guide, a briefing on the experience is carried out and you get acquainted with the equipment.
You gradually enter the water to get dressed, using a buoyancy tube suitable for both adults and children.
The lesson takes place in shallow water, where the sea is usually calm and sheltered from the wind.
You will learn the basic movements of sinuous swimming, such as backstroke or dolphin on the surface; for those with minimal aquatic experience, it is also possible to go underwater.
At the end of the experience, you will share your feelings, both sporty and emotional, with your guide.
