What you can expect

Depart Pigeon Forge in a custom-built Jeep, and travel through Wears Valley to the “peaceful side of the Smokies.” With its picturesque backdrop of rolling green meadows, Cades Cove is one of the most popular destinations in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Your expertly-trained, local guide will weave together stories of early settlers, natural history and wildlife. Stops will be made at several early structures, such as the Primitive Baptist Church or Carter Shields Cabin.

Midway through the loop around Cades Cove, there will be time to explore the Visitor's Centre and historic Cable Mill. It's fascinating to see early construction methods and old time ingenuity at work!
