If you want to have a taste of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the martial art proven to be the most efficient in practice, this experience is for you! We offer an immersion in Jiu-Jitsu in Barra da Tijuca, with experienced instructors and a welcoming environment for all levels — from beginner to advanced practitioner. What will we do? We will meet at the academy and you will participate in a complete class, which includes warm-up, fundamental techniques, drills and practical training (rolls), always respecting your level of experience. During the class, you will have direct contact with the culture of Rio de Janeiro Jiu-Jitsu, learning not only movements, but also absorbing some of the philosophy, discipline and strategy of the modality. Instructions: Arrive 15 minutes early, introduce yourself to the instructor, request your kimono and belt and always follow the instructions during the class.
