You will be accompanied by our wine expert, who will guide you through the wines and products of Poggio ai Laghi, weaving the tasting with the legend of Donna Ava and her maids: symbolic figures who safeguard values, knowledge, and deep ties with this land.

Two Tuscan pecorino cheeses, one aged and one semi-aged, served with our vinegars, selected to enhance their structure and complexity.

Next, toasted bread bruschetta seasoned with our extra-virgin olive oils, offered in different variations, to enhance the authentic flavour of bread in its simplest expression.

The starter is completed by a wild boar salami, with a strong and typically Tuscan flavour.
