Remove shoes before stepping on tatami. Remove hats, sunglasses, and turn off phones. Sit properly; do not show feet soles to the ring. No eating, drinking, or smoking inside. Ask before taking photos; no flash or loud shutter. No video recording. Stay for the entire session. Do not bring large bags. Cover visible tattoos.
