Enjoy a unique experience that combines authentic flavours, mountain landscapes, and the warmth of local producers in the heart of the Andean Region. We begin the excursion by picking up passengers at hotels or meeting points in Bariloche at 8:30 a.m. to begin the trip to El Bolsón, surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty.
First stop: Río Negro Trout Farm Guided visit of approximately 40 minutes where you will learn about the trout farming process and taste a delicious artisanal trout pâté, accompanied by the owners of the establishment. Second stop: Adamow Boutique Winery (Lago Puelo)
You will be welcomed by Pedro and Carina, owners of this family winery. You will tour the Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc vineyards and enjoy a paired lunch that includes: A platter of regional pickles, two artisanal empanadas, and a tasting of the winery's own wines. Third stop: Finca Fraschetti Winery (El Bolsón)
Guided visit of the vineyards and artisanal production. Tasting of signature wines accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and selected cheeses, all in a natural mountain setting. Finally, we will return to Bariloche with an estimated arrival time in the afternoon, around 6:00 p.m.
