Making Pasta is such a relaxing and funny activity!
The shapes are unlimited, some are simple, others are like little origami.
The class takes place in an apartment located in an historical building of Bologna, a mix of modern and antique style, where you will find the traditional tools for making pasta.
During the class you'll learn classic ravioli and fresh pasta shapes with a modern take. Plus, you will discover how to add a touch of colour and patterns. We will use natural colours, like purple potatoes, beetroot, seaweeds, herbs and powders will boost your creations. The ingredients we will use are vegetarian and cruelty free. Plus, you can ask in advance also for gluten free, lactose-free and vegan options.
Colours & Pasta: the recipe for happiness!
We will start the lesson with the preparation of the dough with organic ingredients.
Then, we will begin with the “basic” shapes:
- tortellini
- cappelletti
- garganelli

For every step, you will learn how to make everything by hand and how to use tools to enhance your creativity.
You will be ready to make your own pasta right after the masterclass. Pasta is for everyone!

I’ve been raised in a family where making pasta with our beloved ones was a sort of party. Growing up I started to add a creative touch to the traditional recipes.
I worked for a famous Pasta and Cookies Laboratory in Bologna where I discovered how to master the art of making pasta professionally, in the city that represents the fresh pasta.
