What you can expect

Meet your guide at Parque de la 93 and set off on a walking tour through Bogotá’s historic centre. Visit the Iglesia de San Francisco and admire its stunning architecture. Then, head to the Gold Museum (except on Mondays) and discover its impressive collection of pre-Columbian gold artefacts.

Stroll along Carrera 7, a pedestrian street lined with shops and cafes, and soak up the lively atmosphere. Continue to Plaza de Bolívar, the city’s main square, and learn about its historical significance from your guide.

Next, explore the colourful streets of La Candelaria, Bogotá’s oldest area, and admire its colonial architecture. Stop for a Colombian coffee tasting and savour the rich flavours of this local speciality.

Finally, visit the Botero Museum (except on Tuesdays) and admire the works of renowned Colombian artist Fernando Botero. Return to Parque de la 93 at approximately 2:30 PM.
