Maddalena Islands

La Maddalena & Caprera — an itinerary available in both FULL DAY and HALF DAY formula, perfect for those who want to dive into the heart of the archipelago without straying too far from the coast. La Maddalena is the only inhabited island in the archipelago: a small old town overlooking the sea, a lively harbour and rugged coastlines that hide pink granite coves and incredibly colourful waters. Navigating it aboard a RIB means discovering corners inaccessible to larger boats, with the freedom to stop wherever you want. Caprera is the wild island par excellence : protected entirely by the National Park, it has remained almost entirely immune from mass tourism. Its eastern coast is a succession of granites carved by the wind, pine forests that reach the sea and waters of an intense green-blue among the most beautiful of the entire archipelago. It is also Garibaldi's land, whose historical compendium adds a touch of history to an already extraordinary landscape.

Spargi Island - available on the FULL DAY itinerary together with the area of the Port of the Madonna or as a single stop on the HALF DAY or SUNSET EXPERIENCE itinerary - is one of the wildest and most fascinating islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago: completely uninhabited, protected by the National Park, with a jagged coastline of pink granite and some of the clearest waters in the Mediterranean. Its beauty lies precisely in the total absence of facilities, which makes it an experience of pure nature — accessible only by sea.

Porto della Madonna

Itinerary available in FULL DAY or HALF DAY option Porto della Madonna — a protected and silent bay, with shallow and crystal clear waters framed by pink granite. Ideal for a regenerating break and a bath in total tranquility. The Natural Pools — one of the most striking corners of the archipelago : natural rock formations create pools of very shallow and transparent water, almost like pools carved into granite. A unique visual and sensory experience. Cala Santa Maria — fine sandy beach on Isola Santa Maria, with a Caribbean sea and an atmosphere suspended in time. One of the least travelled jewels of the archipelago. Pink Beach — the famous beach of Budelli Island, whose ancient colour is given by coral fragments and shells. The regulations of the National Park do not allow access, but during navigation you can admire it from aboard : a rare sight that few have the privilege of seeing so closely.

Available ONLY in FULL DAY option - Dedicated itinerary - Piana Island — small and flat as the name suggests, it is located just minutes from Palau. Its waters are a masterpiece of colours: shallow sandy seabeds create shades ranging from turquoise to deep blue. It is often the first stop on the hike, a perfect taste of what the archipelago has to offer. Lavezzi — technically already in French territory, this integral nature reserve off Corsica is one of the most fascinating and wildest destinations in the Mediterranean. An archipelago of granite rocks smoothed by the ocean, surrounded by waters of absolute transparency. Sailing to Lavezzi is already an experience in itself — and getting there aboard a fast RIB like the YLUX ones, with the wind in your face and Corsica approaching, has a taste of authentic adventure. Stops for swimming and snorkelling among the rocks offer glimpses of unspoilt nature that are hard to forget.

Bonifacio

Available ONLY in FULL DAY option - Dedicated itinerary - Bonifacio — perched on towering white limestone cliffs that fall sheer into the sea, this Corsican town is one of the most dramatic and scenic views in the Mediterranean. Viewed from the sea, from below, it is simply breathtaking: the houses overlook the edge of the cliff as if suspended in the void, while the sea caves at the foot of the cliffs are explored sailing slowly under the rock. Joining it aboard YLUX adds an extra thrill: entering the old port through the narrow natural fjord, with rock walls rising on both sides, is an experience that sticks out. Once in the port you can stop for an aperitif or lunch in the medieval old town, before returning to the sea towards the Lavezzi islands or return to the Maddalena archipelago. Bonifacio is not just a stop — it is the culmination of an unforgettable hike.
