After booking, a concierge will contact you to confirm your beach location, arrival details, and any important day-of instructions. On the day of your experience, simply arrive at the beach where your private Bedouin setup will already be prepared and waiting. Guests will spend the day enjoying a spacious beachfront lounge and dining setup designed for 10–18 guests. Your group can gather around the tables for food and drinks, relax on layered blankets and cushions, enjoy shaded seating, listen to music, play beach games, swim, take photos, and celebrate together by the ocean. Throughout the experience, your dedicated concierge remains available on-site to assist your group and keep the day running smoothly. At the end of the experience, we handle the full breakdown and cleanup, so guests can leave without packing, carrying equipment, or managing logistics.
