We'll meet at the Chocolaterie chocolate shop, where we'll delve into the fascinating world of chocolate in a place with a strong tradition in the production of this age-old delicacy.
Once there, we will be served a wide variety of bars and chocolates with different percentages of cocoa. First, we'll taste four semi-dark and dark chocolates to learn how to differentiate their nuances on the palate. Afterwards, we'll taste four Patagonian chocolates, which are known for combining Belgian chocolate with local fruits. We'll get to know everything from the most intense flavours to the mildest, thanks to their blend of ingredients.
All this while we tell you the storey of the chocolaterie and discover why Bariloche is known as the chocolate capital of Argentina. Finally, we'll do a blind tasting of seven different chocolates. In this activity, we'll guess the ingredients of the chocolate. A game that's as fun as it is delicious!
