    Join us for an intense and exciting Muay Thai training session designed for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced fighters. Under the guidance of experienced professional coaches, you will learn:

    ✔ Proper stance, footwork, and striking techniques.
    ✔ How to throw powerful punches, kicks, elbows, and knee strikes.
    ✔ Defensive moves and sparring techniques (optional).
    ✔ Strength & conditioning exercises for endurance.

    Your session will take place in an authentic Muay Thai gym, where professional fighters train daily. Whether you are looking to get fit, improve your combat skills, or simply experience Thai culture in a unique way, this training is perfect for you!

    Location: Tocayah Fight Club, Bangkok.
    ⏳ Duration: approximately 2 hours.
    Available Sessions:

    • Morning: starting from 07:00 (2-hour session)
    • Evening: starting from 16:00 (2-hour session)
    • Private One-to-one Training available on request
