What you can expect

Are you ready to find your zen and rejuvenate both body and mind? Our new Restorative Yoga class is the perfect sanctuary for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience or fitness level. Designed to cater to all abilities, our sessions include progressions and modifications to ensure everyone can participate and benefit.

The last 15mins of each class is dedicated to a deep, grounding relaxation practice that’s sure to set you up for the week ahead. It incorporates a mix of soothing mindfulness cues and the gorgeously hypnotic tones of quartz crystal singing bowls.

Imagine practising yoga on our serene platform enclosed by our new marquee, nestled in a natural amphitheatre surrounded by majestic trees, with the soothing sights and sounds of a tranquil pond, complete with playful ducks and gentle running water. It’s an oasis of peace, right in nature’s embrace.
