- Stubnerkogelstraße 23, 5640 Bad Gastein, Österreich | The valley station of the Stubnerkogel cable car can be reached directly by bus or train. There is also free parking if you arrive by car. We will still meet at the very top, at the take-off point, and you can, of course, go up beforehand as you wish, because only then will you have plenty of time up there and be able to experience the landmarks (suspension bridges, views of the Großglockner, the Felsenweg trail, etc.). If you go up at the same time as me, you won't have time for that, because we'll be getting ready to take off right away!!! You will take the gondola lift (lift ticket not included in the price) up to the Stubnerkogel at an altitude of 2,250 meters (7,382 feet). From there, you will cross the spectacular suspension bridge to reach the take-off point directly, where we will meet near the transmitter. You'll recognize me right away with my two very large, conspicuous backpacks. In addition, I will call you again about 15 minutes before our agreed time.

You take the gondola lift (lift ticket not included in the price) up to the Stubnerkogel at an altitude of 2,250 metres (7,382 feet) above sea level. From there, you will cross the spectacular suspension bridge to go directly to the launch site, where we will meet near the transmitter. At the launch site, we prepare the gear and lay out the paraglider.
The harness and helmet will be adjusted to fit you. After the take-off briefing and the final take-off check, it's finally time to go.
A few quick steps, the paraglider fills with air, and we gently lift off the ground. At this point at the latest, the tension subsides and it's time to enjoy yourself. You will be sitting safely and comfortably in the harness and can talk to your pilot at any time.
