Once your cruise ship docks in Costa Maya and you’re free to disembark, walk or take the trolley to the terminal building to exit the port. We’ll be waiting just outside the port complex. Please remember that we do not pick up inside the port complex
Look for your driver at our meeting spot. He’ll be holding a sign with your name on it
Please be advised that the travel time from Costa Maya to Bacalar is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, resulting in a total return duration of 2 hours and 40 minutes
Once your transfer is finished, your driver will drop you off at the same spot where he initially picked you up
