Begin with a pickup at your hotel. Drive to visit the Roman Quarry, and see an ancient stone block that is among the largest monoliths ever quarried.
Afterwards, visit Baalbek and a museum in a tunnel. Baalbek is one of the most famous cities in Lebanon, known for its history, fascinating traditions, sunny weather, and the great heritage it left behind.
Baalbek is also home to one of the most noble and well-preserved triad of Roman temples ever built, dedicated to and named after Jupiter, Bacchus, and Venus. You will make a lunch stop at a local restaurant before returning to Beirut.
