A three-course wine lunch or dinner is an experience designed as a harmonised journey, where wine and food come together in a deliberate and balanced way. Throughout the meal, three Portuguese wines are presented, each accompanied by a dish designed specifically for that moment.
The wine selection and menu design are the responsibility of the sommelier, who builds the entire experience based on a logic of progression and coherence. The products used are fresh, seasonal, and carefully chosen to serve the purpose of each pairing, ensuring that each stage naturally integrates with the next.
Rather than highlighting individual elements, the focus is on the relationship between wine and dish, creating a continuous dialogue throughout the meal. Each moment is designed to provide a fluid experience, where the different components complement each other without overlapping.
There is also the possibility of a full adaptation to a vegan version, maintaining the same rigour in the selection of ingredients and in the construction of the pairings, ensuring an equally rich, balanced and engaging experience.
