Authentic Valencian Paella Cooking Experience in a Traditional Campo House
With optional pickup from Denia, Jávea, Moraira & Calpe
Spend a relaxed 3-hour experience in a typical Valencian countryside house learning to prepare Spain’s most iconic dish where it truly belongs. Hosted by a local Valencian cook, this small-group experience combines hands-on cooking with local tradition, tasty tapas, and plenty of good cheer.
This isn’t a formal cooking class — it’s a cultural, hands-on experience. You’ll help prepare two paellas (one traditional meat paella, one vegetarian), make fresh allioli, and enjoy unlimited handmade sangria throughout the event — all using local ingredients. While the food cooks, you can pick at typical local tapas, soak up the peaceful campo surroundings, and experience the warm, authentic atmosphere of a traditional Valencian casa de campo. No previous cooking experience is needed.
Once everything is ready, everyone gathers to enjoy a leisurely lunch together, sharing great food and genuine Valencian hospitality.
