It is a journey to discover authentic traditional flavours, the link between cuisine, territory and local wine traditions. The experience begins at 18:15 at a pretty villa with garden on the outskirts of Lecce, lasts about 3 and a half hours and opens with a typical Lecce drink. Each of the participants will produce their own amount of dough needed to shape two types of fresh pasta, orecchiette and macaroni wire. After the first type of pasta will be offered an aperitif based on local products at Km.0 and typical wines. During the aperitif, the cooking of the sauces for pasta dressing will be started and all the preparation phases will be illustrated. Then we will continue with the second type of pasta, macaroni wire, silhouettes made with a typical tool called "Caturu" that will be given as a gift to participants. After transforming the flour into unique and delicate shapes, we will dedicate ourselves to the pleasure of the table, tasting the small works of art made and indulging in friendly conversations. The event will end with the dessert while the glasses fill with “Limoncello”.
