    • We require a minimum of 4 people to operate this tour. This rarely happens due to its popularity, but if minimums are not met, you will be advised and offered either a refund or to be rescheduled.
    • Maximum group size is 14 guests per vehicle.
    • The Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be provided if the Aurora Borealis is not visible during the tour.
    • We do not pick up from Airbnb or private residences.

What you can expect

  • Set out into the Alaskan night as the sun goes down in search of the breathtaking Northern Lights. At a remote yurt away from the city’s light pollution, enjoy an unforgettable view of the Aurora Borealis and the night sky.

    Your guide choices you up from your Fairbanks hotel and heads out of town towards a wilderness yurt in a wide-open area with unobstructed views of the sky. Our aurora viewing locations are carefully selected to provide excellent conditions for viewing the Northern Lights.

    Stay warm and cosy inside the yurt or step outside into the crisp night air and look for the Aurora dancing above the trees. Take photos of the colourful lights and learn from your guide about the science behind this incredible natural phenomenon before heading back to your hotel.
