Your day begins with a morning pick-up from your accommodation in the Marrakech Medina or nearby hotels. You’ll leave the hustle of the city behind and head south towards the mountains. The first stop will be in the small town of Tahnaout, where you’ll have a chance to take photos by the river and visit a local women’s Argan oil cooperative. Here, you’ll learn about the traditional methods of producing Morocco’s famous Argan oil.

From Tahnaout, the journey continues through the scenic roads of the Atlas Mountains, passing by terraced hills and small villages. You’ll stop briefly in the town of Asni, just beside the famous Kasbah Tamadot owned by Sir Richard Branson, for a fantastic photo opportunity overlooking the Asni Valley.

Next, you’ll arrive in Imlil, a picturesque mountain village located at the foot of Mount Toubkal, North Africa’s highest peak. In Imlil, you’ll meet your local mountain guide who will lead you on a gentle trek through the village and up towards the peaceful Tidli Forest. Surrounded by pine and juniper trees, this is a perfect escape into nature.
